1. Introduction

Welcome to The Elysian Retreat Sedona (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our website (the “Site”) and by booking any of our retreat services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Reservation Process: All bookings must be completed through our website our Airbnb. When you book a retreat, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Payment Terms: A deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation. All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

  • Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion.
     

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at hi@theelysianretreat.com. 

  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another retreat session.

  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.
     

5. Health, Safety, and Participation

  • Health Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and have consulted with a healthcare provider before participating in any retreat activities. We are not responsible for any health issues that arise during the retreat.

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in our retreats, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with retreat activities. You agree to release and hold harmless The Elysian Retreat from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat.
     

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Elysian Retreat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
     

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Site and Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
 

8. User Conduct
